As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will support the existing team in delivering the Company’s performance marketing strategy for our Brazilian market.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work in a team of multi-lingual executives optimising campaigns in Brazil.

You will support in the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns to effectively promote the Company brand whilst achieving customer acquisition and retention goals.

The role provides the chance to develop market-leading campaigns across diverse platforms, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook and TikTok to build impactful marketing initiatives.

You will be experienced at working across large scale, multi-market campaigns across both branding and performance objectives.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience working with enterprise level (account managed) paid marketing accounts is essential.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing advertising interfaces across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience of working with performance marketing and media metrics.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask whilst working across multiple campaigns and objectives.
- Experience working independently within a large team setting, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a sports or gaming business is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- CV to be submitted in English.

- Delivering best-in-class responsible advertising in the Brazilian market, while working to ensure market specific regulation and standards are met.
- Working directly with dedicated account management teams of the relevant paid marketing platforms to deliver industry leading campaigns.
- Planning, delivering and reporting on large scale advertising campaigns.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager across Paid Search and Paid Social channels.
- Optimising performance marketing investment based on data and channel to improve overall performance.
- Managing the end-to-end implementation including set-up, management, analytics, tracking and reporting of paid marketing accounts.
- Supporting the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across the Business lines.
- Working towards a clear paid marketing strategy, working with the relevant platforms on a test and refine approach, which delivers on the key KPIs.
