**The Role**:

- Contribute to the brands' business plan by drawing up value strategies, assigned product, customized to the needs of the different stakeholders in the public and private markets.
- Developing access strategies for the launch of the assigned pipeline, including supporting the generation of real-world evidence in partnership with the medical area.
- Conducting advisory boards/expert panels with payers and market research to better understand gaps and opportunities from the payer's perspective.
- Developing economic models and HTAs dossiers in line with the strategic objectives of the brands under its remit. Acting independently or in partnership with specialized suppliers.
- Developing the value proposition, based on the scientific and pharmacoeconomic evidence available, highlighting the value of the products assigned, with the aim of influencing, supporting and/or negotiating with public and private market authorities, supporting internal stakeholders in making the most appropriate decisions.
- Carry out field visits with a focus on capturing collective health insights and health value from the payer's perspective, together with the health influence network.
- Developing, in partnership with the cross-functional team, access strategies by channel and stakeholder - public and private hospitals, private clinics, public departments and healthcare operators, considering the challenges, opportunities, competitive scenario, stakeholder insights and current processes for incorporating technologies.
- Managing the access strategy budget for the assigned brands.
- Collaborate and act in synergy with peers and other functional areas of the organization, including marketing, sales force, government affair and patient association, medical, communications, etc.
- Support the Market Access in the field team, carrying out visits, identifying regional needs and opportunities and bringing solutions to clients.
- Conducting the actions and decisions under the responsibility of the position, respecting the company's Code of Conduct, as well as Compliance rules and procedures and relevant legislation.

**Who you are**:

- College degree in economy, pharmacy, or health related areas (ideal, not mandatory).
- Postgraduation or MBA degree desirable - Health Technology Assessment or Health Economics (ideal, not mandatory).
- Previous experience with oncology market (ideal, not mandatory).
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian Public Health System - SUS.
- Deep knowledge of the Supplementary Health System - Private.
- Experience with real world evidence generation.
- English: fluent.
