**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and creative team looking for an experienced **Art Director** to join our growing agency. We offer an exciting and collaborative environment where your creativity and leadership skills will shine. You will work on diverse and innovative projects, taking charge of the visual direction and leading a talented team of designers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the creative direction of all visual elements across a range of projects, ensuring high-quality output aligned with client goals and brand strategy.
- Manage and inspire a team of designers, ensuring effective collaboration and creativity.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to execute compelling campaigns, from concept to final design.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for a variety of platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Ensure that all designs maintain a high level of visual consistency and follow brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and campaigns to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and design innovations, and integrate them into project work.
- Build and maintain strong **client relationships**, ensuring clients are satisfied with the creative process and final deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **7 years of experience** in an art direction or design role, with at least **3 years in a leadership position** within a **Public Relations agency, branding, eCommerce, or advertising environment**.
- **Experience in branding**, **eCommerce**, **advertising**, and **public relations campaigns**, with a deep understanding of how to translate client needs into impactful visual designs.
- **Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite** (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and **Corel Draw**. Experience using these tools in your daily workflow is essential.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a creative team, ensuring smooth project execution and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (both written and verbal) to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns, highlighting your ability to develop innovative visual solutions.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Client relationship management** experience, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.
