- Stakeholder management
- Be a pragmatic hands-on advocate for the voice of the user/customer
- Be open, be strong on listening, and strong on explaining business benefits of delivering strong UX/UI to our customers/users
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and development teams to ensure the sweet spot of the innovation/product is delivered (viability, feasibility, desirability)
- User Research:

- Lead/conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design and architecture decisions / jointly with the tech team. User Experience/Interaction Design:

- Create hands-on user flows and UI design from design tools to implementation in frontend
- Ingrain the flow into the whole Azure DevOps development process - Testing:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Use testing insights to make data-driven design decisions and improve user satisfaction Quem buscamos Who we are looking for:

- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Or significant experience in this field
- Proven experience of over 7 years as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of the design process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience within B2B companies bringing digital solutions with a strong UX/UI focus into the market as a product
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - across different disciplines from business to tech to global operations
