**The team you'll be part of**

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will:

- Identify Investment Opportunities (“Follow the Money”), potential areas/projects where pipeline could be improved and work with Nokia CTO/Solutions/BGs (Business Groups)/Accounts to identify key technological trends and the associated Nokia Solutions that should be explored and developed. Lead by innovation.
- Define best business models/partners/ecosystem to improve Nokia market share and share of wallet in the existing and new customers.
- Work in team cross all BGs (Business Groups) Nokia.

**Your skills and experience**

You must have:

- 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, or related experience in telecom industry.
- Experience in consultative selling of solutions with the ability to anticipate and identify business needs, develop recommendations and solutions.
- Proficient business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
- Maintain sales pipeline, provide monthly forecasts, and support quarterly and annual account reviews.
- Excellent communication and writing skills and be both technical and analytical.
- Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Building Collaborative Relationships and Strategic Leadership.
- Fluent English Speaker.

It would be nice if you also had:

- Master’s degree in business or technology (Preference Engineer)
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, or related experience.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet customer/account objectives.
- Fluent Spanish Speaker.
