At Galgo, we work to create better opportunities for integration and development through financial access—helping people achieve their dreams.That’s why we’re looking for our next **Finance Controller** to join a high-performing team. The main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets
- Evaluate and validate pricing models, cost structures, and margin assumptions to ensure competitiveness and profitability across products or services
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for project performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and variances against forecasts
- Partner with project managers, sales, and commercial teams to provide financial guidance, support pricing decisions, and ensure project viability
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards in project execution and pricing processes
**What we’re looking for**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field** (MBA or Master’s degree desirable)
- **Proven experience in Finance, Project Management, or Controlling roles**, ideally with exposure to pricing or business case evaluation
- **Previous experience in strategy consulting or general management consulting roles**, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
