- OUR ROLE - SENIOR SPECIALIST, EMAIL MARKETING & AUTOMATION - WATERFORD
- WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan automated customer journeys (e.g., welcome, reactivation, post-purchase), adjusting based on performance and business needs
- Collaborate with eCommerce, creative, and marketing teams to align on content, timing, and goals
- Contribute to channel strategy by analyzing results, identifying opportunities, and suggesting improvements
- Run A/B tests and track key performance indicators like open rates, click-through, and conversion
- Keep campaign calendars organized and make sure deadlines are met without cutting corners
