**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a Martech Data Specialist to our Martech team in Brazil
As a Data Services Specialist in our Martech team, you will contribute to creating an optimal view for driving Marketing Operations. Your role will involve assisting in the design and construction of various data models & products, including dashboards, KPIs, and statistical models, aimed at advancing our business objectives. You will also help in sharing data insights across teams to promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
**YOUR IMPACT**:
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
- Work with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to developing and implementing data collection and analysis policies to enhance data quality and integrity.
- Participate in the analysis of the company's data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Help in creating and delivering reports and visualizations to share findings with various stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and the evaluation of KPIs and metrics to analyze the success of data-driven initiatives and strategies.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Experience in a data or business analytics role, demonstrating the ability to use data in making a business impact;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar; as well as their specific data science libraries and tools such as Notebooks, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) for creating reports and dashboards;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights;
- Good communication and storytelling skills, capable of effectively sharing findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to manage tasks and projects, with attention to detail and deadlines;
- Able to communicate in Advanced English;
- Bachelor's degree in any Data related field, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant experience in a related field.
