Job Title: Martech Contract Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contract vendor management professional to manage contracts, renewals, amendments, change orders, supplements, terms and conditions, DOUs and other contract instruments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can balance business risk and requirements. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting complex and specialized terms and conditions that meet IBM's risk management needs.
  • Collaborating with specialists on correct language and risk assessments during negotiations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of contract renewal dates and CIO/Procurement pipelines.

You will work closely with procurement to resolve issues and disputes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management, vendor management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex contracts involving intellectual property, publication restrictions, export control and classified contracts.
