**Senior Copywriter**

As Senior Copywriter, you’ll be— crafting language that inspires, persuades, and builds love for our brand across the region. From big campaign platforms to snappy tactical offers, you’ll write with clarity, cultural resonance, and flair. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, marketers, and business leaders to deliver work that is as strategically sharp as it is emotionally powerful. This role is for someone who loves the craft of writing and thrives on seeing their words come alive across TV, radio, digital, retail, and beyond.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop powerful, customer-centric creative concepts and copy across all channels — TV, radio, digital, social, OOH, retail, and internal.
- Translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into compelling stories that connect with Caribbean audiences.
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, strategists, and marketers to build fully integrated campaign ideas.
- Lead concept development, writing, editing, and proofing from pitch stage through execution.
- Mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration.
- Present ideas confidently to stakeholders, defending the thinking and craft behind the work.
- Stay on top of cultural, digital, and creative trends to keep our work fresh and relevant.
**About You**
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in a creative/advertising agency or in-house brand team, with regional experience a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and versatility across mediums.
- Strong understanding of integrated campaigns and the customer journey across digital and traditional platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with an eye for detail and tone.
- Confident, proactive, and collaborative — thrives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
- Ability to lead by example, mentor others, and elevate the creative standard of the team.
- Comfortable balancing brand storytelling with commercial imperatives (offers, promos, retention campaigns).
- Deep appreciation for Caribbean culture, language, and identity, and the ability to make them shine in the work.
**Preferred Education/Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
- Advanced degree or additional certifications (Creative Writing, Digital Marketing) a plus.
