**About the position**

As an HR Analyst, you’ll be part of the People team and will be responsible for executing compensation and benefits processes, working closely with leaders and employees to ensure clear organizational structures, up-to-date policies, and market-aligned practices.

**Main challenges**
- Support headcount planning and keep the organizational structure up to date.
- Manage internal movements and ensure accurate records in HR systems.
- Contribute to salary review cycles and conduct compensation benchmarking.
- Support variable compensation policies, such as commissions and stock options.
- Oversee benefits and vendors, proposing improvements based on market data.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, job families, and organizational structures.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the company’s FlexWork policy.
- Build and maintain dashboards with People metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in generalist HR or Compensation/Total Rewards roles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Analytical mindset and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.

- Interest in topics such as people analytics, strategic compensation, or organizational design.
