Quality Assurance Analyst

ADP SBSRS (Retirement Services)is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst – Test EngineerIn this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating ADP's Retirement Services solutions to ensure our customers can save time, stay compliant, and effectively offer and manage retirement plans to their employees.You will work within a Scrum team to test and verify that new backend microservices, APIs and other systems function correctly and meet business requirements.You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up on sprint testing goals and priorities with your team.You will spend most of your day executing test cases, performing exploratory testing, analyzing test results, and identifying defects in both automated and manual testing scenarios.Your role requires you to create detailed test documentation, collaborate on test automation frameworks, and advocate for quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle.In this role, you will work closely with developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand feature requirements and acceptance criteria, then design comprehensive test strategies and test plans for ADP's Retirement Services solutions.You will execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate system behavior, data integrity, and user workflows before deployment.This role is critical to ensuring we deliver DayAgile: You understand that an agile environment requires flexibility.Sometimes the scope is not fully written and you will have to talk with the Product Owner and the team to get more details and complement the User Stories.You and the team will define the sprint goal together.Working in two-week sprints, you need to keep up with timelines.Time constraints and fluidity of work often mean taking a creative approach to your testing strategy.Starting test development in parallel with the feature development may be one option.Create & Test: You'll define test plans and scenarios and will implement automated test cases for large-scale, complex software applications.You will focus on the verification and validation of applications from a system and end-user perspective.Collaborate: We work collaboratively, so you will communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders for your products.You'll articulate clear and compelling reasons to persuade developers and Product Owners to make product changes for the end user's benefit.Learning: You're always learning new codes and eager to figure things out as you learn.Challenges: Inevitable
