The Regional Head of Talent & DEI LATAM is responsible for the development and implementation of a region Talent & DE&I strategy for Latin America that ensures that our employees share a strong sense of belonging in a truly inclusive environment. This role will advance New Consumer Health’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, strengthening capabilities, and growth through innovation as it relates to digital integration. This will include an assessment of New Consumer Health’s current state, the creation of a roadmap for future programs and practices, and the execution of these plans as New Consumer Health continues to grow and scale at a rapid pace.
This role will drive the workforce analytics strategy aligned with the organizational vision and goals. This individual will use digital practices to help implement inclusive policies, practices, and action plans. They will act as a key advisor and strategic partner with the New Consumer Health’s leadership team to maintain engagement, alignment, and accountability of the company’s strategic goals of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Regional Head of Talent & DEI LATAM will report directly to the Chief DEI & Talent Officer and will work collaboratively across all areas of the organization to educate, engage, and create momentum for Talent & DE&I programming that drives positive business outcomes in a high-growth environment. This role will be responsible for advising on the strategy and risk management associated with regional equal opportunity and local laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, and AAP). The Regional Head of Talent and DEI LATAM will also support the compliance lead in helping New Consumer Health to adhere to external DEI laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, helping to manage New Consumer Health’s DEI regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.
The Regional Head of Talent & DEI LATAM is expected to strengthen the diverse and inclusive culture within New Consumer Health via digital integration across the businesses. This individual will be a connector for diverse talent pools across the business, advising and driving initiatives to improve talent acquisition, talent development, engagement, and retention of our high-performing diverse, and inclusive workforce. This role will also identify, develop, and foster relationships with external organization's thought leaders and stakeholders.
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- Experience developing strategies and executing initiatives that drive measurable results within the context of the organization's talent and business strategy
- Knowledge and understanding of inclusion and diversity principles
- Advanced relationship-management experience and consulting skills, with an ability to influence, lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leadership
- Strong global mindset and cultural awareness to understand various global cultures, and knowledge of global diversity
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences from leadership to the entire organization
- Ability to lead and manage change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth organization
- Partner closely with key leaders and hiring managers to ensure the achievement of business objectives through the hiring of diverse top talent across all teams
- Partner with leaders to establish annual and/or quarterly headcount and hiring goals
