Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer-facing account management or customer support.
- Experience in online sales, business-development, and digital advertising sales/marketing.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with Google Ads and online marketing.
- Ability to establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to expand their advertising investment.
- Ability to manage businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Ability to generate business plans by collaborating with Specialists and Product teams and defining business goals, key strategies, and success metrics.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver outstanding customer business experiences to Google's advertisers.

The Mid-Market Sales team manages a portfolio of businesses across multiple industries that are either currently advertising with Google or about to launch their first campaigns. You will be responsible for growing advertising by educating, offering solutions, and consulting with customers.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on plans and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Identify client stakeholders and manage objections from clients. Manage high-trusted relationships with advertisers and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor, and share performance-enhancing suggestions. Share and collaborate with Specialists and Product team members on feature development.
- Pitch strategies or suggestions to advertisers through a consultative approach.
- Manage a portfolio of Google Ads accounts by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.
