**About the role**:
We are now seeking a Financial Director/Controller who will play a pivotal role in managing our financial health by ensuring accurate accounting practices, delivering insightful P&L analysis, and spearheading FP&A activities. You will partner with executive leadership to develop strategies that support business growth and financial efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Financial Reporting**:

- Oversee all accounting operations to ensure accounting standards..
- Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**:

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess performance, support business planning, and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on detailed financial analysis.

**Cash Flow & Risk Management**:

- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s financial stability.

**Internal Controls & Process Improvement**:

- Oversee and enhance internal controls, ensuring robust financial processes.
- Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting systems and operational efficiency.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and overall business strategy.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated expertise in cryptocurrency accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a senior financial role, with a strong background in accounting, P&L management, and FP&A.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive management and cross-functional teams.
- A detail-oriented, proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in gambling or digital media industry is a plus, but not required.
