**How’d the process work?**
An interview with MetaIT’s HR team, your future Manager here at Meta, a technical assessment and in case approved, a final interview directly with Air Liquide’s team.
**Responsibilities**
Identify needs and implement practical solutions to create the right environment, guiding the formation of an agile mindset and removing impediments for the team to achieve the planned goals;
Encourage effective communication and cooperation among team members;
Support team members in conflict resolution;
Plan, facilitate and conduct project meetings;
Facilitate integration between team deliverables and relationships with other teams;
Train teams that accompany in agile frameworks; Train teams he/she accompanies in agile frameworks
Help the Product Owner create a backlog of customer value;
Make the status report to the client about the project's progress;
Help and teach the team to be self-managed
**Requirements**:
Experience (5+ years) of project management in data projects
Working knowledge of the main toolsets used by Air Liquide:
- AWS
- Azure cloud data solutions
- PowerBI
- Modern project management tools such as Jira
**Hiring Methods and overall information**
- 100% remote role, Air Liquide provides their own Laptop.
- Average of 168 hours per month.
- You could be hired as a CLT employee (payment in Real) or as an Independent Contractor (payment in Canadian Dollars).
