**IT Quality Assurance Lead (Coord Sistemas Processos)**

**Job description**:

- Review current state policies and procedures to identify areas of improvement and implement “best in class” QA standards.
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Establish and publish key KPI’s for monitoring and reporting the quality of the changes and solutions released in the ERPs and Enterprise systems.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and/or areas of improvement.
- Create and maintains training materials and operating manuals in support of QA standards
- Collaborate in requirements development and/or review.
- Estimate the Level of Effort for enhancements and projects required to test a solution
- Manage budgets and cost for the testing scope of projects/programs.
- Participate in the creation and management of project plans. Consistently meet agreed upon deadlines or escalate issues, concerns and barriers to senior leaders. Prioritize tasks / assignments.
- Act as a Testing Lead and oversee execution of test cases; ensure defects are accurately documents using approved standards, processes and tools for projects with all levels of complexity.
- Report results and recommends to delivery teams and key stakeholders on the quality of the product, software development lifecycle processes and the risk of promoting for production use for projects with all levels of complexity.
- Create test automation and performance testing frameworks and plans.
- Interface with the software testing teams to understand their needs for software to be installed and configured, thus enabling the test teams to conduct required tests
- Interface with the software development teams to define work flows, processes and tools and communications to be used to successfully deliver software builds to the Configuration Manger for deployment to test and production environments
- Interface with the Release management team to understand the software being delivered corresponding to the planned software releases and to define appropriate processes, tools, and communications necessary to effectively manage the software releases
- Provide information and periodic updates to support overall IT performance metrics, monthly project status reporting and quarterly resource planning review
- Establish and Implement a standard RCA methodology for the domain.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to review and discuss RCA’s findings with domain Management.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Master Computer science degree
- Bachelor Computer science degree
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Experience in quality assurance or a similar field
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid understanding of the Change Management lifecycle related to User Acceptance/Regression Test Cycles
- Experience in quality defect tracking, auditing and testing
- Certificate in quality assurance is a must
- Lean Six Sigma (Blackbelt) preferred
- Functional knowledge of an ERP Application
- Knowledge related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls
- Technical skills related to ERP and the underlying technical architecture
- Fluent English
