**Overview**:
**Position**: Student Intern

**Field**: International Relations, Business Management, Engineering, Economics, etc.

**Work schedule**: 6 daily hours, Monday to Friday. In-person.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist in daily operations while contributing to the planning and execution of exciting projects.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
- Analyze key data, generate insightful reports, and help streamline processes to improve team performance.
- Identify trends and help optimize business operations for greater impact.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and actively implement strategies to improve our work.
- Help respond to real-time demands, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
- Gain valuable exposure to a variety of business functions and directly contribute to decision-making.
- Collaborate with our international teams, working on diverse projects that span across borders.

**What we are looking for**:

- Students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in International Relations, Business Management, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- Availability to work in-person during business hours in our office in Belo Horizonte-MG
- Conversational fluency in English (essential) - Additional language skills are a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is a plus.
- Communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- A passion for learning and tackling new challenges head-on.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
