Come be part of the Procurement Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

**What role you will play in our team**:
Come join our Process Oversight team to help drive desired behavior across procurement processes, evaluate and control risks through quality checks, create effective monitoring tools, and collaborate with acquisition, supply chain, order to cash and payables teams based around the world.

**What you will do**:

- Review company processes to identify risks and potential issues, implement and perform mitigating controls
- Support Procurement and Global Business Solutions risk management through internal compliance reviews
- Report, monitor and support corrective action plans for gaps and irregularities
- Regularly perform process efficiency reviews and automation opportunities
- Gain Procurement processes knowledge to identify risks and potential issues
- Implement, perform and/or enhance mitigating controls and risk-based analysis
- Exercise data-driven mindset and analytical skills, while still communicating with Business Lines and management positions on clarifications and report outs

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Procurement, Payables, Order to Cash or Controls related experience
- Intermediate to expert skill level with standard office-productivity tools, including knowledge of Excel data manipulation functions
- Working knowledge of using SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience working in a dynamic environment where priorities can quickly change
- Advanced English
