**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Register client financial transactions, clearances, and bank reconciliations in the financial system within the established deadlines, ensuring accurate records of all operations.
- Monitor the receipt of necessary documents for the financial closing process of clients.
- Prepare and provide the required reports for financial analysis of each client company, including:

- Accounts receivable and accounts payable report;
- Cash flow report;
- Managerial Income Statement (DRE);
- Revenue and expense report by cost center.
- Monitor client bank account transactions to ensure proper records in financial systems.
- Ensure the inclusion of payments in the clients' online banking system (Bankline) and communicate with them for financial processing approval.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
**MUST HAVE**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Mid-Level Analyst in a previous company
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar
- Advanced/Fluent English

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields
- Experience with Financial BPO
