OverviewOperations & Support Analyst (AI Startup – Remote LATAM / Bilingual).This role is with Parikh Financial.The company is an AI-powered software startup providing automation tools to consulting, finance, and enterprise clients.You will be part of a lean international team, handling client support, internal coordination, and vendor/logistics tasks.ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Ticket Management: Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely, professional responses.Escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams.Track issues, update FAQs, and identify opportunities for automation.Operational Support & Coordination: Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks.Support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.Maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion, Google Docs).Vendor & Logistics Assistance: Assist with vendor communication, assessment, and onboarding.Maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in operations, support, or administrative coordination.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets).Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus.Basic familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.Personal AttributesReliable and detail-oriented.Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.Curious about technology and automation.Proactive, structured, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup.What We Offer Payment in USD (monthly contractor basis).Salary range: USD 1,*******,400/month, depending on experience.Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for LATAM time zones.Paid time off and local holidays included.100% remote position with an international, collaborative team.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information Technology#J-*****-Ljbffr
