**DESCRIPTION**:
AWS is seeking a Startup Operations Leader to lead the LATAM (Latin America) startup operations team. Responsibilities include continuously evolving forecasting models, analyzing historic results, and making business recommendations to senior management based on those analyses - all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This will include working with the Startup Sales leadership to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives.
The LATAM Startup Operations Leader will act as a trusted advisor to the LATAM Startup Sales leaders, leveraging data and analysis to scale the business. Your insights will drive incubation and growth for some of the newest and most innovating offerings in the AWS portfolio. You will drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their customers. This position also manages the administration and execution of the team’s revenue and non-revenue targets, measurement of goal attainment, and proposing improvements to the Business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results. This position will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business activities such as Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool
- Experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Master's degree or equivalent
