Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize creative recruitment methods, such as leveraging online platforms like LinkedIn and conducting networking explorations.
- Uphold compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring fairness and consistency throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage documentation related to employee recruitment.
To be the next HR Assistant to join our Team, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources, showcasing strong recruitment skills, preferably within the luxury products/sales sector.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
