Possui capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, sendo capaz de apresentar relatórios executivos ao cliente e contribuir para o desenvolvimento e evolução técnica do time.

**Qualificações**

Tecnologias Cisco: Vivência em firewalls (ASA, Firepower), VPNs, NAC (ISE), soluções de visibilidade, Router e Switch

Gestão de Operações Críticas: Experiência em monitoramento, resposta a incidentes e tratativa de problemas em ambientes de alta disponibilidade.

Melhores Práticas e Governança: Atuação orientada a frameworks de segurança (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK) e a processos de governança ITIL (gestão de incidentes, problemas, mudanças e capacidade).

Comunicação: Capacidade de traduzir linguagem técnica em relatórios executivos, conduzindo apresentações com clareza para clientes e áreas internas.

Mentoria e Colaboração: Perfil colaborativo, com foco em apoiar e elevar a maturidade dos pares de equipe.

Visão Analítica: Habilidade para correlacionar eventos, identificar riscos e propor melhorias no ambiente do cliente.

Diferenciais:
Experiência em ambientes de MSSP e atendimento a múltiplos clientes.

Vivência em processos de hardening e otimização de dispositivos de segurança.

Experiência em gestão de governança baseada em ITIL, garantindo aderência a processos de entrega e sustentação de serviços.

Perfil resiliente, com pensamento estratégico e foco em resultados.
