**Job Description Summary**

**Papéis e responsabilidades**:

- Auxiliar na implementação de projetos de melhoria contínua em áreas operacionais, logística, administrativa e EHS;
- Auxiliar na criação e implementação de KPIs operacionais, para controle da operação e criação de mecanismos como Gestão da Rotina;
- Liderar discussões de solução de problema focado em causas raiz utilizando a ferramenta A3;
- Auxiliar na execução de Kaizens;
- Realizar mapeamento de processos, garantindo a fluidez de informações, melhorias de produtividade e padronização de processos;

**Qualificações requeridas**:

- Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Engenharias - especialmente de Produção, de Processos ou Mecânica, com formação prevista para, no mínimo,** dezembro de 2026 ou adiante**;
- Conhecimento avançado em Inglês e intermediário de Excel;
- Conhecimento básico de processos e ferramentas de melhoria contínua - metodologias ágeis;
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel ou em Lean será um diferencial;
- Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em nossa planta de Contagem - MG (com flexibilidade para iniciar o trabalho às 7h, 8h ou 9h, a fim de auxiliar a jornada de estudos do estagiário).
