Danfoss is looking for a Regional Fulfillment Analyst for the LAM Regional Fulfillment area in the Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment. Using your analytical skills, communication skills, and commitment to serving our customers, you will be a crucial element for the Regional Fulfillment Department.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Collaborate with factories at various organizational levels to ensure and monitor optimal product availability.
- Drive improvements in delivery service and inventory optimization.
- Continuously optimize inventory levels.
- Reduce slow-moving finished goods inventory.
- Analyze, report on, and resolve issues related to delivery performance.
- Ensure a continuous flow of materials to reduce lead times for our customers.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics.

**Background & Skills**:

- Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP MM (required), SD (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) capabilities
- Understanding of sales, marketing, and general business operations
- Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions to senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
