Senior Quality Analyst

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Quality Analyst to take support hard and Soft Service in facility area, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience, managing vendor contracts across the areas, to secure high-level service from all the service functions.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manager and support facility suppliers to deliver the service according to targets (hard and soft facilities service).

Step in on quality process to interview local people to identify and implement process improvement based on IATF16949, ISO9001.

Coordinate the internal and external quality audits.

Replay the customer inquiries of quality related issues.

Keep live the quality system and the certification, (ISO9001).

The person should have a high-level communication cross division and colleagues to support and engage the business on facilities and quality process.

Support also, Danfoss Global Strategies / Programs (ESG, Office of the Future, Branding, One FM, Savings, etc.).

**Background & Skills**:
Background Engineer, Business Administration combined with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience with facility and Quality Process management (IATF16949, ISO9001) along with stakeholder.
- Advanced English level. _

SAP/Autocad

Analytical and structured mindset with ability to interpret needs, articulating ideas clear, prioritizing and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders, while seeing the bigger picture to successfully deliver the activities according to time.

Provides high level of communication, support and engagement to the team and the business.

Drives and develops operation excellence mindset among own department/area of responsibility.

Ability to understand/interpret data and prepare reports.

Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.

You are a self-starter with a high commitment and positive attitude, and you are not afraid of handling conflicts and following up on activities.
