**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Driving continuous improvement through irreversible corrective actions to field issues and inspection analysis.
- Diagnose breakdown problems & troubleshooting in complex refrigeration and AC systems.
- Run quality inspections on field.
- Supervise start-ups on customer site.
- Prepare clear reports for support provided to customers.
- Develop and maintain technical tools to support customers (documents, videos, etc...).
- Provide trainings (Face to face, webinars, etc).
- Support on Commercial Refrigeration systems components calculation & selection.
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally.
- Potential, periodic after-hours emergency phone support (via phone).
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally.

**Background & Skills**:

- Technician or Bachelor in Engineering degree is required. (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Refrigeration or Mechanical)
- Proven Senior experience on Commercial Refrigeration, including system automation and controls. Air Conditioning experience is also a differencial.
- Network, BMS and PLC programming is a plus.
- Collaborative and cooperative plus strong communications skills.
- Ability to balance high demands inherent with multiple customers while managing projects and technical discussions.
- Safety first mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced Portuguese and English - Spanish is a differential.
