Senior Technical Support Analyst

Requisition ID: 41661- Job Location(s): Osasco, BR**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:- Driving continuous improvement through irreversible corrective actions to field issues and inspection analysis.- Diagnose breakdown problems & troubleshooting in complex refrigeration and AC systems.- Run quality inspections on field.- Supervise start-ups on customer site.- Prepare clear reports for support provided to customers.- Develop and maintain technical tools to support customers (documents, videos, etc...).- Provide trainings (Face to face, webinars, etc).- Support on Commercial Refrigeration systems components calculation & selection.- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally.- Potential, periodic after-hours emergency phone support (via phone).- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally.**Background & Skills**:- Technician or Bachelor in Engineering degree is required. (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Refrigeration or Mechanical)- Proven Senior experience on Commercial Refrigeration, including system automation and controls.
