Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Driving continuous improvement through irreversible corrective actions to field issues and inspection analysis.
- Diagnose breakdown problems
- Run quality inspections on field
- Supervise maintenance and start-ups on customer site
- Develop and maintain technical tools to support customers (documents, videos, etc...)
- Support on heat exchangers calculation & selection
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally

**Background & Skills**:

- Technician or Bachelor in Engineering degree is required. (Mechatronics or Mechanical)
- In-depth HEX product experience on Gasketed, Welded and Brazed Heat Exchangers.
- Collaborative and cooperative plus strong communications skills.
- Ability to balance high demands inherent with multiple customers while managing projects and technical discussions.
- Safety first mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced Portuguese, Spanish and English
