Field Product Manager

**About the Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Align the overall global expansion market strategy to the unique needs of the Latin-American market
- Partner with the cross-functional team in-market to understand market needs by attending meetings with potential customers, carriers, technology providers, and other potential partners
- Deeply understand the use cases of potential customers, carriers, technology providers, and other potential partners, and their corresponding product and technical needs
- Analyze data and collaborate with customers, partners and x-functional stakeholders to capture feedback, understand business needs and build consensus
- Understand the project44 product offering, how it meets the use cases of today and identify gaps that need to be filled
- Propose and build field solutions to fill product gaps using our public APIs, if the gap cannot be filled in the near term with roadmap
- Synthesize complex use cases and requirements into an actionable roadmap aligned to customer value and business result
- Facilitate scoping prioritizing product gaps on the roadmaps of the appropriate teams in project44 engineering in alignment with the phased market launch approach
- Identify new product opportunities that don't currently exist in the platform
- Support the partnership integrations team with product expertise and defining roadmap items to deliver on those needs
- Support the analysis of potential acquisitions, if that makes sense for the business
- Produce high-quality deliverables with an attention to detail including investment memos, documentation, field training, and sales enablement

**What You'll Need**
- 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, pre-sales solution engineering, or post-sales customer success implementations with frequent customer and user interaction
- Hands-on experience doing customer, user, and product discovery with an emphasis on customer problem identification and solution design
- Experience building enterprise software in a modern SaaS environment
- Experience building or influencing a software product roadmap, with an understanding of balancing custom field solutions vs. long-term roadmap
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is required, with a preference to exposure to TMS or telematics
- Experience with using APIs to solve technology problems
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Growth mindset and positive "can do" attitude
- Must speak Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese, and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field is a plus
- This position requires up to 50% travel to visit customers, prospects, and partners
