**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
As an **IT Logistics Associate**, you will play a critical role in managing high-value IT inventory, ensuring seamless logistics operations, and supporting technical troubleshooting across a range of devices. You will be the go-to person for handling IT logistics requests, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and satisfaction of our clients and internal teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and track high-value IT inventory across multiple client accounts, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Provide hands-on technical support for Mac OS devices, including MFA setup, device restoration, wiping, and re-imaging (MacBooks, Chromebooks, smartphones, etc.).
- Respond to and fulfill operational IT logistics requests from critical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation to support a consistent global IT logistics program.
- Communicate project updates, blockers, and milestones to collaborators and stakeholders on a daily/weekly basis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client ticket escalations efficiently.
- Identify and troubleshoot recurring bugs and errors reported by customers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with shipping and trade regulations across Brazilian states.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Proven experience in IT logistics or inventory management.
- Strong technical knowledge of Mac OS and related hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
- Familiarity with shipping and trade compliance within Brazil.

**DESIRABLE CRITERIA**:

- Experience supporting Chromebooks, smartphones, and other mobile devices.
- Previous experience in a global or multi-client IT support environment.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency
