**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Act as primary contact for customers during setup and on-boarding
Hands-on implementation support as needed
Identify, and resolve issues
Create and maintain documentation
Provide on call support
Team work and collaboration with Agile Squads

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Identified opportunities for Unix system automation and process improvement
Coordinated hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure proper Unix system performance
Installed and maintained Unix security patches on the development systems
Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting
Knowledge in LVM
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Experience with Data storage and hosting environments
Experience with network infrastructure management
**Required Education**
Technical Diploma
**Preferred Education**
Master's Degree
