7+ years of experience of CX IT platform implementation in a hands-on technical and analytical role. - 3+ years of proven experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda, or any other equivalent Cloud CX technology. - Experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and IAM and familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices. - Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js etc.) - Able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings
- Strong experience on the CX industry: Telephony, IVR, ACD, CTI, Data Lake, WFM, Omnichannel and GenAI integrations, CRM experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and IVR systems.
- Strong GenAI development skills.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
