In this role you’ll make an impact by:
**Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide expert technical support for baking processes using enzyme solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of baking operations.

**Client Visits and Assessments**:

- Conduct on-site visits to client facilities to evaluate and enhance their baking processes.
- Provide tailored recommendations to improve efficiency and product quality.

**Collaboration and Solution Development**:

- Work closely with clients to develop and implement innovative enzyme-based baking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

**Training and Education**:

- Train clients on the use of enzyme technologies and baking equipment.
- Develop and deliver educational materials and workshops to enhance client knowledge.

**Industry Trends and Research**:

- Conduct research to continuously improve and innovate our product offerings.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support client projects and internal processes.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support.

**Quality Assurance**:
Potentially relevant experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Baking Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
