We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who can build a best-in-class Procurement Infrastructure for a global remote work environment.

This is a unique opportunity to develop a supply chain framework, while working for a high-growth, bootstrapped business, disrupting the business of call centers and work from home staffing.

Founded in 2013, we’re now 1,000+ team members worldwide, with the majority of our America’s team based in Jamaica.

This role reports to the Director of Infrastructure, also based in Jamaica, with regular interaction with other colleagues at the company, including executives based in Melbourne Australia, and key stakeholders based in the US, Indonesia, Kenya, and Brazil.

Notable Responsibilities:

- Collate the list of software and hardware managed by the company and ensure that each is a fit for the task at hand.
- Lead and conduct high value, detailed and complex procurements
- Developing global procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
- Participate in trials for new products and services
- Developing and improving relationships with current suppliers and vendors
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Creating and managing the systems that track the shipment of equipment, inventory, and the supply of goods globally.

Minimum Requirements:

- BSc Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Logistics or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement or related area
