OverviewGlobal Sourcing Manager - Corporate Professional Services role at Mondelez International.
You will support sourcing for spend categories including sourcing execution and stakeholder management to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization.
You will work with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.What You Will ContributeYou will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes.
You will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelez International's competitive advantage, build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that engage teams and stakeholders in both the destination and the journey.What You Will BringProcurement experience across different marketsFuture-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business strategiesStrategic sourcing and risk managementBusiness and financial understanding of how procurement brings value to the overall profit and lossLeading and developing teams in a multi-cultural environmentOrganizational agility, influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business prioritiesModelling trust, integrity and perseveranceMore About This Role / Key ResponsibilitiesSolid strategic sourcing experience, with deep expertise in professional services sourcing; proven experience managing and developing sourcing teamsLead strategic sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categoriesManage supplier relationships and negotiationsDrive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholdersRequirementsSolid experience in strategic sourcing and professional services sourcingExperience in regional or global sourcing (consumer goods, food & beverages a plus)Strong analytical and digital skillsFluent in English and SpanishLocation: São Paulo - SP or Curitiba - PR – hybrid work formatCompany and DiversityWe are aware of our role as transformation agents to generate positive change, so diversity, equity and inclusion are a priority.
