7+ years of relevant senior level experience in content programming, preferably with content subscription services and/or linear open or Pay TV. - Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English. - Bachelor Degree. - Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others. - Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job.
- MBA
- 7+ years relevant business experience
- Experience in Content Programming on the Media and TV industry strongly preferred
- Effective analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure planning and programming strategies
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
- A deep understanding of subscription and SVOD products and interactive entertainment
