We are looking for a talented Sourcing Analyst to join our team in Guarulhos, SP (hybrid, minimum 3x a week on site).

In this role, you will have an impact in following:

- Collecting information, inputs and data from various sources to support procurement activities.
- Analyzing information and sourcing initiatives to improve processes and reduce costs, while maintaining high quality standards in products and services.
- Present results of analysis and simulations to support procurement work.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and manage the procurement process for stock, supplies and capital goods.
- Support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective products and services through continuous analysis of the sourcing and purchasing processes.
- Prepare and present recommendations for improvement and alternative courses of action to senior procurement/sourcing leaders.
- Interact with global teams in English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

**Skills**
- Negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
- Resilience to deal with challenges and obstacles in the procurement process.
- Ability to deal with different hierarchical levels and balance the needs of various stakeholders.
- Organization and a sense of prioritization to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

**Education, Specialization, Experience**
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related areas.
- Intermediate-advanced English (mandatory).
- Knowledge and experience in port operations, road and air transportation, customs processes, among other aspects related to the supply chain.
- Experience of 4 to 7 years in the Supply Chain and Purchasing area (mandatory).
