**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Paid Media Team Lead is responsible for managing strategy and media execution for a portfolio of clients across Paid Search and Paid Social. The role may also involve Programmatic Display, OTT, OOH, and other paid social and new media platforms.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Strategic Leadership:

- Drive strategy, oversee execution, and own the results of your team's work.
- Provide support and coaching for the channel experts who report to you.
- Work cross-functionally to develop enterprise-level and cross-channel strategies and reporting.
- Dedicate your time to developing quality strategies that deliver results for your clients, quality checking media, and ensuring your team is producing their best work.
- Take charge of learning through regular team training.
- Be able to manage multiple clients, skillfully deploying budgets of $50,000-$500,000+/mo per client, across multiple channels.
- Report on client progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with your team on how to strengthen client relationships, improve efficiency, and scale performance.

**Onboarding**:
Acclimate new hires to their accounts as well as roles and responsibilities within each. Check-in with new hires to ensure their understanding of roles and responsibilities and effective use of time.

**Process improvement**:
Present ideas for new processes and initiatives for the team and proactively put together tangible plans to see these to fruition.

**Business development**:
Help identify new opportunities and participate in pitches for upsells, cross-sells, new business, to aid in the growth of your teams revenue.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Demonstrate expertise in all areas of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display. Strategist-level expertise in one additional platform (Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Choozel DSP, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of primary tracking and analytics platforms.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and technical support to client delivery members on your paid media pod.
- Strong dedication to excellence, ability to QC media, and provide valuable feedback.
- Expertise in crafting media strategies across engines, building strong client relationships, and possessing a vision for scaling accounts.

**Salary**: R$160,000.00 - R$220,000.00 per year
