Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as brand/marketing manager.
- Ability to speak and write in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience creating and executing meaningful integrated marketing campaigns (e.g. unconventional campaigns/activities beyond traditional media buys).
- Experience in organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal.
- Experience in a regional role, effectively working with local and global counterparts to manage results.
- Experience in managing projects and influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience in technology or a demonstrated understanding and interest in the technology business.

As Head of Shorts for YouTube in Latam and Canada, you will be responsible for setting and managing YouTube’s regional Shorts marketing programs and scale global campaigns across Latin America and Canada. You will track the performance of our marketing campaigns and will also help clarify what's working, and how we can continually improve our marketing execution and increase our Shorts creator base over time. You will work closely with the country marketing teams to guide and support their local YouTube Shorts and Brand campaigns especially targeting GenZ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead pan-regional Shorts marketing programs and manage global marketing campaigns across Latin America and Canada.
- Be a brand steward for YouTube Shorts and guide and support local marketing teams.
- Work cross-functionally with YouTube Global Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Product and understand organizational priorities.
- Conceptualize, structure, and deliver Shorts Marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns and events while leading multiple internal and external stakeholders to get things done.
