Responsabilidades: Unificar os aplicativos, mantendo uma relação de forte colaboração entre Tecnologia e Produtos, trabalhando de forma próxima às demais equipes de forma a entender as principais necessidades associadas à prática de mobile, priorizando ações que acelerem a entrega de valor. Liderar o planejamento da squad de desenvolvimento Mobile, definindo objetivos e métricas assertivas (OKRs); Definir e disseminar a visão e a estratégia de produto; Conduzir o processo de Product Discovery em conjunto com os demais membros da equipe; atuar ativamente no processo de Delivery, garantindo a entrega de produtos com alto nível de qualidade, relevância e performance; "Codar" junto com o time quando for necessário; Conhecer profundamente o produto que atuará a ponto de sempre contribuir com os desenvolvedores e QAs da sua squad. Definir arquitetura de funcionalidades junto com o time; Requisitos: Experiência com gerenciamento de produto e liderança de equipes de desenvolvimento Mobile. Experiência com ferramentas do ecossistema de produtos mobile (analytics, a/b testing, crm, app stores). Conhecimento nas boas práticas de engenharia voltada para mobile (arquitetura, guidelines, CI/CD e QA). Imprescindível já ter experiência com desenvolvimento mobile, preferencialmente com (Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic ou React). Uma abordagem analítica e orientada por métricas para a resolução de problemas. Excelente capacidade de comunicação e perfil colaborativo. Boa articulação e capacidade de negociação com stakeholders. Desejável inglês avançado.
