We’re a remote company with a diverse team of over 80 employees from across Europe, South Africa, and Brazil. We’re committed to making our company a great workplace, and we need someone with your skills and expertise to help us achieve that goal. With plans to expand to new regions and grow our team to 300 People in the near future, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact within an organization

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

- Work closely with one or multiple scaling companies in Europe.
- Set up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process.
- Communicate and strengthen relationships on a regular basis with key stakeholders.
- Be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential.
- Fluent Greek speaker
- Proven work experience as a Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a fast-growing environment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS’s
- Actively come up and implement ideas for your clients in order to improve their hiring funnel.
- Ability to use data to make better decisions and drive results.
- You have previous experience in recruitment and you enjoy being the advisor and leader of processes. Experience in recruiting associates, customer service representatives or other blue-collar profiles is considered a plus
