Material Handler

**Responsibilities**: - Manage PPE, Lifting equipment, Calibrated tools, tools kits and other tools. - Ensure Inbound activities has been executed in a timely manner. - Manage ECO's, NCR's and safety alerts regarding tools. - Secure interaction with TSS/DMS and other relevant group functions to keep updated on all changes. - Responsible for maintaining BOM's for tools kits and containers; - Plan demand for tools on single item level per location (WMS); - Validate results of stock count relating to tools; - Ensure orders fulfilment are processed on time (outbound); - Ensure that the warehouse is effective, productive and lean. **Qualifications**: - Technical degree or equivalent related work experience required. (Electric or mechanic). - Minimum 3 years increasingly responsible warehouse/field work experience; - Experience with movement of heavy equipment; - Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to read/write in Portuguese, and intermediate English; - Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel. MS Access desired. **Competences**: - Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, lifting tools. - Knowledge of the standards (NBR, ISO, ASME, AWS) activities involving the tools. - Strong team player; - Preferable GWO certification; - Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be flexible in meeting new requirements; - Ability to influence others and get others "buy-in" on solutions and decisions; - Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action analysis. - People, supplier and customer management.
