**Position Requirement**
Above five years of experience in managing key accounts or strategic partnerships, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful partnership strategies, with a focus on driving business growth. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market insights. Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for partnership management and analysis. A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of the Brazilian e-commerce market and the unique challenges faced by sellers and key accounts in this region.
