**Job Description**:
Graduated professional in engineering careers. This position will be responsible for improving process efficiencies and reducing scrap, with specific needs in Printing Process (Flexo, PFL & RFID) & Quality,. Also in the medium term he or she will implement and maintain global production standards and achieve Operations Metrics targets. Ideal studies in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.

**Qualifications**:

- Design, start up and execute everything necessary to optimize systems or processes in the company's production departments.
- Modify, implement or adapt new systems or processes for the proper management of the plant, taking into account the requirements to put these processes into practice (machinery, labor, materials ,etc.).
- He or She must work hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team of experts on the products or materials with which the company works, maintenance personnel and quality control professionals.
- Deploy and control standard practices and implementation the global SOP (Standard Operation Procedures)
- Carry out the integration, design, planning, organization, management and control of production systems.
- Build result global reports, Implement Hours by hours efficiency reports, Implement VSMs

- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Education: Process Engineering
- English: High C1- Ideally bilingual
- Location: Blumenau Brazil
