Experiência em atendimento ao cliente**Suas principais responsabilidades serão**:

- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os clientes para entender suas necessidades, desafios e objetivos de negócio;
- Fornecer orientação estratégica aos clientes, ajudando-os a maximizar o uso de nossos produtos e serviços;
- Realizar treinamentos e workshops para capacitar os clientes a utilizar nossas soluções de forma eficaz;
- Monitorar continuamente o progresso dos clientes em relação às metas e indicadores de sucesso acordados;
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell para impulsionar o crescimento do negócio.

**Requisitos**:

- Ter experiência em sala de aula com ensino fundamental ou escolas de inglês;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Capacidade de construir relacionamentos fortes e de confiança com clientes corporativos;
- Orientação para resultados e habilidades de resolução de problemas;
- Familiaridade com sistemas de CRM e outras ferramentas de gestão de relacionamento com clientes;
- Inglês Avançado/Fluente.

Diferenciais:

- Formação em pedagogia ou pós na área da educação.
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente.

**Vaga Híbrida: 3 dias home e 2 dias presenciais, na Paulista - São Paulo/SP.**

Tipo de vaga: Efetivo CLT

Salário: R$4.000,00 por mês
