This position works closely to Brazil Chief Risk Officer on Legal Entity regulatory reporting and analysis. The position requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides strategic analytics and information management across Risk Portfolios.
- Performs data analysis to monitor and track data quality and completeness of data.
- Provides regulatory risk project management support (business requirements, analysis and testing) for delivery of regulatory solutions.
- Performs analysis to respond to regulatory and business questions and provide portfolio insights.
- Supports on consolidating all Monthly Risk Appetite Metrics as a regulatory requirement (Brazil Central Bank - Resolution 4.557).
- Prepares Monthly Legal Lending Limit report oversight as a regulatory requirement (Brazil Central Bank - Resolution 5.077)
- Prepares the consolidation of CRMC Deck development (quarterly), as a regulatory requirement (Brazil Central Bank - Resolution 4.557)
- Supports the preparation of ICAAP (regarding Credit Risk chapter), as a regulatory requirement (Brazil Central Bank - Resolution 3.846)
- Supports on Local Risk Policies & Procedures updates (Brazil Central Bank - Resolution 4557)
- Supports the Monthly Risk deck development for Country Coordinating Committee (CCC);

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years experience and ability to partner with Finance & Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project goals.
- Good knowledge of products, risk processes and controls with good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management framework.
- Thorough knowledge of credit source systems, collateral reporting systems, and end reporting / warehousing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Should have Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
- Fluent English and Portuguese is required

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
