**Senior Risk Analyst - São Paulo, São Paulo - Brazil**

We’ll be looking for you to Analyze performance trends, comparisons to budget, and metric run rates to assess business risk opportunities.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop policies, standards and manuals on risk management strategies and methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze the impacts of new legal regulations.
- Preparing, monitoring, and disclosing reports with risk exposures and framework of Risk Appetite Statement-RAS levels.
- Reporting of daily and monthly regulatory reports (DDR, DRM, DLI, DRL, DLO)
- Validation of metrics and models.
- Support in Risk assessment for new products
- Prepare materials for the Risk Committee and management reports.
**Role Requirements**
- At least three years of experience either from a Regulatory, Market, Capital, and Liquidity Risk in financial Institution.
- Excellent knowledge of banking regulations (Resolution 4557)
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI; full English proficiency
- Proactivity and Organization
- Good Communication (spoken and written) and interaction with other areas.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work individually, or collaborate with global team, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
