**About the product**:
**Key tasks**:

- Develop, execute, and scale ROI-positive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, native networks, and crypto-specific ad platforms (e.g., Coinzilla, Bitmedia).
- Own acquisition strategies for key markets, tailoring campaigns to high-LTV users in the crypto/gambling space.
- Constantly A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive down CPA and boost ROAS.
- Manage ad budgets across regions, ensuring maximum efficiency while respecting geo-specific gambling regulations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs daily/weekly/monthly; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Stay on top of evolving ad policies, especially as they relate to crypto and gambling content.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to ensure alignment in messaging and promotions.

**Must have**:

- 3-5+ years of PPC experience, including direct experience with crypto gambling or high-risk verticals.
- Proven success managing high-budget, high-velocity campaigns in competitive environments.
- Deep understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) and crypto-native ad networks.
- Data-driven mindset — strong with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, attribution platforms).
- Familiarity with crypto trends, terminology, and user behavior.
- Excellent written and spoken English (other languages a plus).
